OPS heat shrinkable film coated with a unique electrolyte-resistant acrylic adhesive layer, and then dried processing, mainly used in the cylindrical power battery cell end part, after the injection of electrolyte expansion and contraction to the bare cell and steel shell fixed, improve the impact resistance.
Features: 85℃/4h soak the electrolyte, not degumming, not fading.
High expansion rate, the thickness expansion rate before and after injection can reach 300%.
Applications: It is mainly used in the end part of the cylindrical power battery cell. After the injection of electrolyte, the expansion and contraction of the bare battery cell are fixed with the steel shell to improve the impact resistance.
